  1. Sedge is a rare weed that grows on Mount Nepluin. It is like meadow sweet. The plant is boiled in water and the juice is given to drink to a person who has a cough or a cold.
    Dandelion is a cure for weak blood or heart disease.
    Nettles boiled in water are a cure for measles. The nettles are boiled and the waiter is drunkby a person who has measles or any kind of rash.
    Garlic is taken as a preventitive for contagious diseases.
    Broom which grows on the mountain was used to cure a cough. It was boiled in water and the juice was drunk.
    Golden moss which is found in bogs was used long ago for dyeing wool.
